Savory Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups

Quick and delicious pizza roll ups that are perfect for snacks or appetizers, packed with pepperoni and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 8 tablespoons Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 20 slices Pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Place 5 slices of pepperoni evenly on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly to make a log.
  7. Brush the outside of each roll with olive oil.
  8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  10. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Serve hot with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Great for parties or as a fun family snack!
