Sheet Pan Pizza

Easy and fun sheet pan pizza perfect for family gatherings or game nights, loaded with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • Olive oil
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured sheet pan to fit the pan.
  3. Brush a little olive oil on the dough and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add your favorite toppings.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

Let the pizza cool completely before storing. For variations, consider using grilled vegetables or a cauliflower crust.
