Sheetpan Burger Sliders

Delicious sheetpan burger sliders, perfect for gatherings and easy to customize for everyone’s taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the beef mixture into a large rectangle to fit the sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until the beef is fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  5. While the beef bakes, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl.
  6. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a separate baking sheet.
  7. Spread sauce over the bun bottoms, place the beef rectangle on top, follow with cheese, pickles, and onions.
  8. Put the top halves of the buns back on.
  9. Brush melted butter over the top of the buns.
  10. Bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melty and the buns are golden.
  11. Let cool a bit before cutting into sliders and serve!

Notes

Serve warm with extra condiments for a fun assembly experience. Adjust seasonings based on your preference.
