Smash Burger Bowl

A comforting and easy Smash Burger Bowl featuring crispy potatoes and seasoned ground beef topped with your favorite burger toppings.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Your favorite toppings (lettuce, cheese, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the diced potatoes with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. In another pan, cook the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until well browned. Break it up into pieces as it cooks.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing the crispy potatoes at the bottom, then topping with the cooked beef. Add your favorite toppings on top and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding smoked paprika to the potatoes. Customize the toppings based on your preferences.
