S’mores Marshmallow Truffles

Delightful truffles that capture the classic flavors of s’mores, featuring marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers.

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 and 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or melting wafers)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or vegetable shortening)
  • 6 graham cracker sheets, crushed into fine crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Use a fork or a skewer to dip each marshmallow into the chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Let any excess chocolate drip off, then immediately transfer the chocolate-covered marshmallow to the bowl of graham cracker crumbs and roll until evenly coated.
  6. Place the coated marshmallow onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows.
  8. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
  9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For best taste, bring refrigerated truffles to room temperature before serving.
