Snack Attack!

A delightful treat full of flavor, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of your favorite nuts (almonds, cashews, or peanuts)
  • 1 cup of popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1/4 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you want to toast the nuts.
  2. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the toasted nuts, popcorn, chocolate chips, and dried fruit together.
  4. If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Enjoy your snack right away, or let it cool if you prefer.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to one week. For longer freshness, store in the fridge if well sealed.
