Spicy Avocado Salad

A vibrant and refreshing salad with creamy avocado, crunchy veggies, and a spicy kick from jalapeño and hot sauce.

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 teaspoons hot sauce (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the mixed greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño in a large bowl.
  2. Mix ranch dressing with hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle the spicy ranch over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Adjust hot sauce to your liking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
