  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 12 tablespoons hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, corn, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the spicy ranch dressing.
