Sticky Beef Noodles

A comforting one-pan meal featuring tender beef, flavorful sauces, and quick-cooking noodles.

  • 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and peppers, stirring to combine.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, slice the beef against the grain. Adjust the sauce to your taste for sweetness.
