Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles

A quick and comforting dish featuring chicken and noodles coated in a sweet and salty garlic sauce.

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil together in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until combined and heated through.
