Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches: Creamy, Crispy & Ready in 20 Minutes

These strawberry cheesecake sandwiches are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and bursting with fresh berry flavor. A quick brunch or dessert that feels indulgent without the fuss.

Ingredients

8 slices brioche or challah bread

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

¼ cup strawberry preserves

2 large eggs

3 tbsp whole milk

2 tbsp butter (for pan)

Optional: powdered sugar, whipped cream, maple syrup

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

2. Spread cream cheese on 4 slices of bread, avoiding the edges.

3. Top with sliced strawberries and strawberry preserves.

4. Place the remaining bread slices on top, press gently.

5. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

6. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.

7. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

8. Cook sandwiches 2–3 mins per side until golden brown.

9. Remove, let rest on paper towel, dust with powdered sugar.

10. Serve immediately with toppings of choice.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.

Brioche or challah gives the best structure and flavor.

Add lemon zest or vanilla extract to cream cheese for a twist.
