Strawberry Matcha Latte: Easy Iced Pink & Green Drink Recipe

Iced matcha oat milk latte topped with blended strawberry sweet cream makes for a fruity twist on your favorite matcha latte.

Matcha Latte

1 teaspoon matcha powder (ceremonial grade)

2 oz hot water

1 teaspoon liquid sweetener (agave nectar, honey, or syrup)

5 oz milk (dairy or oat milk)

Ice

Strawberry Sweet Cream

23 medium strawberries

2 oz heavy cream

1 oz milk

1 teaspoon sweetener

Instructions

1. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl.

2. Pour hot water over matcha and whisk vigorously until foamy.

3. Stir in sweetener while warm.

4. Fill a glass ¾ with ice and pour in milk, then matcha. Stir gently.

5. Blend strawberries, cream, milk, and sweetener for 5–10 seconds until smooth.

6. Pour strawberry cream on top and gently stir to create a gradient.

Notes

Use ceremonial grade matcha for best color and flavor.

For dairy-free version, use canned coconut milk or plant-based cream.

Adjust sweetener to taste.

Use thawed frozen strawberries if fresh are unavailable.
