  • 1/4 cup lime crema

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Grill until fully cooked, then slice.
  3. Layer the cooked rice, sliced chicken, and grilled corn on a serving plate.
  4. Drizzle lime crema over the top.
