Sugar Cookie Cheesecake

A delightful blend of soft cheesecake and crunchy sugar cookie crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Press half of the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, flour, and salt, mixing until combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the sugar cookie crust.
  6. Dot the remaining sugar cookie dough on top of the cheesecake batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edge is set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy your festive treat!

Notes

For serving, chill or serve at room temperature. Add whipped cream or sprinkles for garnish. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
