Sugar Cookie Fudge

A delightful treat that combines the flavors of sugar cookies with the creaminess of fudge, finished with colorful sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into a lined 8×8 inch dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve or gift.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
