Sweet Chili Glazed Chicken Thighs

Quick and easy sweet chili glazed chicken thighs cooked in the air fryer for a juicy and sticky dinner that kids love.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the sauce mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crisp skin, spray the air fryer basket with oil. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
