Tasty Cucumber Mozzarella Salad

A light and refreshing cucumber mozzarella salad that’s perfect for summer picnics and family gatherings.

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced cucumbers, diced mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
