Tortilla Pizza Rolls

Quick, easy pizza rolls made with tortillas that are perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle a portion of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Add pepperoni slices and diced bell peppers, and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  7. Lightly spray or brush the tops with cooking spray or olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  9. Slice into pinwheels and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Cool the rolls to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to retain crispiness.
