Turtle Lasagna Dessert

A no-bake layered dessert that mixes cream, chocolate, caramel, and nuts, giving a sweet, creamy, and crunchy experience in every bite.

  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Layer cooked noodles in a baking dish.
  4. Add a layer of ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  5. Spread a layer of chocolate pudding on top.
  6. Add a layer of whipped cream.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle pecans on top.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
  9. Top with chocolate chips and extra pecans.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a neater top, pipe the whipped cream. Use gluten-free noodles for a gluten-free version. Make a day ahead for best flavor and texture.
