Two Ingredient Cottage Cheese Tots

These quick and light cottage cheese tots are crispy on the outside and soft inside, making them a perfect snack.

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 and 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Mix well until firm enough to shape.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a tot. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with dips such as ketchup, ranch, or yogurt dip. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
