White Chicken Chili Tacos

Quick and easy tacos filled with creamy white chicken chili, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Taco shells
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: cilantro, cheese, lime

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine shredded chicken, white beans, corn, sour cream, chicken broth, green chiles, cumin, and chili powder.
