White Pizza

A creamy, cheesy white pizza topped with ricotta, mozzarella, mushrooms, and fresh herbs, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, oregano)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, then transfer to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and sliced mushrooms in a skillet until tender.
  5. Spread ricotta cheese over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle cooked mushrooms on top.
  7. Add shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
