30-Minute Beef Stir Fry

A quick and flavorful beef stir fry that comes together in just thirty minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Stir in the sliced beef and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but crisp.
  5. Serve the stir fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sesame oil or a squeeze of lime when serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
