  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the broccoli florets, diced apples, nuts, and red onion in a large bowl.
