Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Delicious chicken tenders wrapped in crispy bacon and coated with sweet brown sugar, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
  3. Wrap one strip of bacon around each chicken tender and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Coat the wrapped chicken tenders in the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the bacon is slightly stretchy when wrapping around the chicken. You can also substitute turkey bacon for a healthier option.
