Big Mac Wraps

A quick and tasty twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps combine seasoned beef, crunchy lettuce, tangy pickles, gooey cheese, and a creamy sauce all in one portable tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Special sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp relish
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. While the beef cooks, prepare your special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and relish in a small bowl.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and layer on the cooked beef, crunchy lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
  4. Drizzle the special sauce over the fillings.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

Serve warm with extra special sauce on the side and sides like oven-baked fries or a simple salad.
