Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bake

A warm, cheesy dish packed with flavor, perfect for game nights or potlucks.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, diced celery, and half of the green onions in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with the remaining green onions.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust spice level as desired.
