Butter Chicken Flatbread

A delightful twist on traditional butter chicken, served on fresh flatbreads, perfect for casual meals or gatherings.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless chicken, diced
  • 1 cup butter chicken sauce
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and olive oil until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes and let rest.
  2. Cook the diced chicken in a pan over medium heat until cooked through. Add butter chicken sauce to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls, roll them out into flatbreads, and cook on a hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve the flatbreads topped with the butter chicken mixture and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Great as is, but you can also add yogurt or sliced cucumbers for extra freshness.
