Cajun Steak Tips with Creamy Parmesan Rigatoni

  • 1 pound Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak tips from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
  8. Stir in the steak tips, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
