Caramelized Sesame Chicken

A delightful combination of sweet and savory, this caramelized sesame chicken is quick to make and perfect for a family dinner.

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and stir to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
