Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

A comforting and creamy pasta dish made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing.

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked diced chicken and cook until heated through.
  3. Add the cooked bacon to the skillet and mix with the chicken.
  4. Stir in the ranch dressing and milk, then bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to cook pasta just until al dente; it will continue to cook when mixed with the sauce. Adjust ranch dressing quantity based on preference.
