Chicken Devil

A delightful dish that perfectly balances sweet and spicy flavors with tender chicken, ideally served hot straight from the skillet.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for an hour before cooking. If you prefer a bit more heat, add more hot sauce to the mixture.
