Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

A quick and easy healthy snack made from ripe bananas, cinnamon, and a bit of sugar, air fried to a perfect crisp.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  6. Let cool and enjoy as a snack.

Notes

To store, keep chips in an airtight container to maintain crunch. Re-crisp in the air fryer if they lose their texture.
