A comforting and creamy garlic chicken ramen dish that is quick to prepare and packed with flavor.

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and fresh vegetables. Slice the cooked chicken and add back to the pot.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Try marinating the chicken in soy sauce and garlic for more flavor. You can use low-sodium broth to control salt levels. Feel free to add more vegetables based on what you have at hand.
