Creamy High Protein Beef Pasta

A quick and filling creamy beef pasta dish that’s perfect for post-workout recovery, packed with protein and flavor.

  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low, then add heavy cream and shredded cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, reserve a cup of pasta water before draining to adjust sauce consistency. Use medium heat to brown beef evenly.
