Creamy Paprika Steak Shells

A quick and comforting pasta dish featuring seared steak bites in a creamy, smoky paprika sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add steak bites and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the paprika sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Pat steak dry before cooking for a good sear. Cook pasta al dente for the best texture.
