  • 8 slices of bacon

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over each chicken breast, then top with shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, ensuring the cheese filling is enclosed.
  5. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving (optional).

Notes

Wrap the bacon tightly around the chicken for best results. Broil for a few minutes for extra crispiness.
