Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Delicious rollups featuring ground beef, cheese, and garlic butter wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic butter, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, mix in shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly, starting from the wide end.
  7. Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
