Garlic Butter Chicken and Bowtie Pasta

A quick and cozy garlic butter chicken and bowtie pasta dish that’s creamy and satisfying for the whole family.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and slice.
  4. Add chicken broth to the same skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, letting it thicken for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken back to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add vegetables like peas or steamed broccoli just before serving.
