Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

A quick and hearty meal of steak bites cooked in garlic butter and finished with a rich Parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites and sear them until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return the steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Pat steak dry before seasoning for a better sear. Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
