Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki

Quick and healthy Greek turkey meatballs served with a cool tzatziki sauce, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, mint, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl for the tzatziki. Mix well and season with salt.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the tzatziki sauce.

Notes

Serve with warm pita, lemon wedges, and a crisp salad. Great for meal prep and fits many diets.
