  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the peach preserves and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Brush the chicken with the peach and chili sauce mixture during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

Make sure to preheat the grill for nice grill marks. Let the chicken rest after grilling for tenderness. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken before grilling.
