Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops, cleaned
  • 1 lb firm fish (like swordfish or salmon), cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add shrimp, scallops, and fish, mixing well to coat.
  3. Thread the seafood and vegetables onto skewers.
