Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad

A delightful and refreshing dessert that combines creamy cheesecake flavors with tropical fruits.

  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple, sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, raspberries, and mini marshmallows, if using.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy your tropical cheesecake salad!

Notes

Ensure to drain the pineapple well to prevent the salad from becoming too watery. You can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
