  • 1 can of mandarin oranges

  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, shredded coconut, and mini marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together the Cool Whip and sour cream in a separate bowl until well blended.
  3. Fold the Cool Whip mixture into the fruit mixture until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Add the chopped pecans or walnuts if desired and mix lightly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
