High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

A quick and easy dish featuring succulent shrimp marinated in a sweet-savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp, cooking until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve the shrimp over steamed rice or alongside your favorite vegetables.

Notes

Do not marinate shrimp for more than 30 minutes to avoid toughness. Serve hot for best taste.
