Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Quick and satisfying low-carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded, or use rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 handful baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Warm your tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the microwave, covered with a damp paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. If using spinach, add it now and mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture among the four tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in the center of each. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
  4. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from skillet, slice in half diagonally, and serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with salsa or a creamy dip for extra flavor. Great for meal prep; keep the filling and tortillas separate until ready to serve.
