One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A simple and tasty one-pan meal featuring kielbasa, colorful veggies, and a sweet honey garlic sauce.

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve baby potatoes if large; toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a little salt. Spread on the sheet pan. Roast 10 minutes.
  3. Slice kielbasa and cut peppers into strips. Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and remaining oil in a bowl.
  4. Add carrots to the pan and roast 5 minutes.
  5. Combine kielbasa and bell peppers, then pour the honey garlic mix over everything. Toss gently.
  6. Roast another 12–15 minutes until potatoes are tender and edges are browned. Stir once mid-way for even cooking.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley or green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

This dish can be easily scaled for larger portions or guests. Serve with rice or crusty bread to soak up sauce.
