  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add pasta and pour in milk, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is cooked and most of the milk is absorbed, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
