Oven-Baked Cheesy Tacos

Quick and tasty oven-baked tacos filled with seasoned beef and gooey cheese, topped with fresh ingredients.

  • Taco shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef according to package instructions.
  4. Fill taco shells with seasoned beef and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the filled taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the shells are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve tacos warm immediately after adding toppings. Store any leftovers in a fridge for 3-4 days.
